Shipping Policy 

By Abigail Lee is not responsible for any lost/stolen items after shipment is given to the Post Office or UPS. We do our best to handle these situations on a case-by-case basis and will do everything in our power to try and assist in recovering any package that is lost or stolen in transit.

• By Abigail Lee is not responsible for delays in shipping times due to mail carrier issues and shipping charges will not be refunded due to mail carrier delays. Shipping times given are estimates and are not guaranteed.
• Business days are Monday-Friday and exclude holidays. *Please note weekends are not considered business days. While you may receive tracking information over the weekend, your package will most likely not start tracking until the next business day when postal services reopen.
• Please ensure your shipping address is correct. If your package is 'returned to sender' for an incorrect shipping address or any reason that is not due to our own error, By Abigail Lee will unfortunately not be able to reship your order under the previously purchased shipping label and a new shipping label will need to be purchased and paid for by the customer. If you received "free shipping" we can not offer free shipping on the same order twice. Additional shipping charges will need to be collected in order to reship your order to you. Orders that have been shipped and returned, can not be canceled. 

Processing time

The time I need to prepare an order for shipping varies. For details, see individual items. Most items are ready to ship unless they are a custom order or stated within the listing! Most custom orders will ship within two weeks!
